We know there is a great deal of uncertainty with the coronavirus pandemic, but we are here to keep the Groop platform running as normal.
At Groop we are able to work from home if necessary, so if you have any questions or problems that arise, we will always be on the end of a phone or a ‘chat’ to answer your questions and keep things running smoothly.
With the recommended closures and social distancing measures we know that it is not an easy time for our ‘groops’. However, it is also a time in which digital communication is even more important:
– to us, in order to maintain our customer relationships with you
– for you, to use Groop to continue to reach, communicate and support all your staff, volunteers, members and participants.
We see Groop as having a clear role in enabling you to continue to keep your groups and clubs running, even virtually. We are working on some new ideas and we are hearing of some great creative ways that our ‘groops’ are developing and we are always here to support you as and when you need.
