Who are Essex County Council?
Essex County Council is a county council that governs the county of Essex.
Following budget cuts for their community provision and youth services, Essex County Council were keen to continue providing a high level of support to the clubs and groups in their care, but could no longer employ the staff to facilitate this kind of support. This is why they decided to work with Groop to support these clubs and groups.
