I love being the bearer of good news – we are also welcoming HVOSS (Herefordshire Voluntary Organisations Support Service) with the first tranche of their clubs and another Voluntary provision from south London also hoping to join us soon with 50. This means we can finally start to see many more clubs on board and using the system. Both Wiltshire and Barnet should start to see their clubs using the site in the next few weeks – we just have to wait for them to load them onto the system (patience is a virtue, Sally).
I am also delighted to tell you that we have been awarded a social entrepreneur fast track grant from Unltd! Those lovely people told me we were a ‘no brainer’ and that they were very excited by what we are doing.
There was a bit of a WOW moment for us yesterday – especially when I thought back to the dreaming up of a concept whilst walking the dog a few years ago, and now here we are with a rapidly growing social purpose organisation, building up a client base very steadily and surely and gaining funding and recognition from some very high profile organisations.
